Printing Technology Table
It was discovered that people were not making an informed decision on what type of garment / item printing they used, which resulted in a high level of complaints and returns. There was no opportunity to change the current gallery experience (i.e. allow people to choose a product and then change/choose printing technique), so this had to remain pre-defined. Through user testing we first identified where this information was required in the customer flow and developed access points. We then developed a comparison table which educated customers about the different printing techniques and informed users how to shop by the chosen particular technology.
