Challenging perception

To directly combat the idea that Vistaprint’s low prices equalled low quality, an awareness campaign was launched to educate customers and emphasise the brand's commitment to quality. Working closely with the copy lead and overseeing two designers, I led the development of creative assets which were integrated across the website, emails and social media channels, which led to an improvement in brand perception.
